Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership Fees

Refundable within 30 days of first enrollment only. After 30 days, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime, but no refund for unused time.

Coordination Fees

Non-refundable once your round is scheduled, regardless of amount raised or round outcome.

Wallet Contributions

Non-refundable once contributed to an active round. Contributions are member-directed mutual aid, not purchases.

Trust The Record Legal Intelligence

Trust The Record purchases ($297 Build The Foundation and $997 Trust The Record) are non-refundable. Digital legal intelligence documents and curriculum access are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation and cannot be returned.

If you have questions about your purchase before completing payment, reply to your confirmation email or contact support@theblacktrustfund.com.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback results in immediate suspension and potential permanent ban. Chargebacks are tracked and may disqualify you from future membership.

This policy aligns with our payment processor's dispute resolution process. All refund requests must be submitted to legal@theblacktrustfund.com.
