Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

30-Day Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you must attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@theblacktrustfund.com. We have 30 days to resolve it together.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Delaware or remotely.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis only. No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions are permitted.

Governing Law

Delaware law governs all disputes.

Exceptions

BTF may seek injunctive relief in court for: fraud, intellectual property infringement, confidentiality breaches, or fund misuse.
