The Black Trust Fund uses automated tools and algorithmic systems to support platform operations. These tools assist with internal processes including document review, content screening, member support, and platform health monitoring.

What AI does not do:

No automated system makes final decisions about case approval, member suspension, funding amounts, or account termination. A human being reviews and approves all decisions that affect your membership standing or access to community funding.

Your rights:

If you believe an automated process has affected you unfairly, you may appeal by contacting support@theblacktrustfund.com. All appeals are reviewed by a human being.

Information processed by our automated systems is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
