Recordkeeping and Audit Rights

BTF maintains records of all transactions, case submissions, disbursements, and compliance actions. BTF may audit member accounts for compliance with platform rules. Members agree to cooperate with reasonable audit requests, including providing additional proof or documentation. BTF cooperates with lawful regulatory inquiries and may disclose member records when required by law. Audit records are retained for 7 years minimum. Refusal to cooperate with a compliance audit may result in suspension.
