The Black Trust Fund

Program Disclaimer & Terms of Participation

Effective Date: October 17, 2026

1. Not Legal Advice

The Trust The Record (TTR) program is educational content only. Nothing in this program constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by purchasing or accessing any TTR materials. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Individual results vary. Debt situations, creditor behavior, credit bureau responses, and legal outcomes depend on factors outside TBTF's control. No specific result — including debt removal, credit score improvement, or legal relief — is promised or implied.

3. Educational Purpose Only

TTR materials are based on publicly available consumer protection law, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and related statutes. TBTF is not a law firm, credit repair organization, or debt settlement company. We do not negotiate with creditors on your behalf.

4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Compliance

Under federal law (15 U.S.C. § 1679), you have the right to cancel any contract with a credit repair organization within 3 business days of signing without penalty. TBTF is an educational platform, not a credit repair organization; however, if any portion of this program is determined to fall within CROA's scope, your cancellation rights apply in full.

5. CAN-SPAM / Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and educational emails related to your TTR purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time. TBTF complies with the CAN-SPAM Act.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Black Trust Fund LLC's liability for any claim arising out of TTR is limited to the amount you paid for the program. TBTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
